Job Responsibilities:
1. Sample Fabrication
- Accurately fabricate various test samples, prototypes, or small-batch trial products based on design drawings, formulas, or process documents provided by R&D engineers.
- Strictly adhere to the process flow to ensure that sample specifications, performance, and appearance meet R&D requirements. Record key parameters during the fabrication process (e.g., material usage, temperature, time, etc.).
2. Equipment and Material Management
- Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment required for sample fabrication (such as heating elements, heating tables, air guns, magnifying glasses, etc.) to ensure normal equipment operation.
- Receive and register raw materials and auxiliary materials used for sample fabrication, reasonably control usage to avoid waste, and return any remaining materials to the warehouse as required.
3. Recording and Feedback
- Record the sample fabrication process in detail, complete the sample fabrication report (including material details, operating steps, abnormal situations, etc.), and provide timely feedback to R&D engineers.
- Assist in collecting sample test data, participate in sample review, and propose process optimization suggestions discovered during the sample fabrication process.
4. Environment and Safety
Maintain a clean and tidy sample preparation area, adhere to safety regulations, properly handle waste materials, and ensure safe operation.
Job Requirements:
1. Vocational school diploma or above, with at least 1 year of experience in sample preparation.
2. Proficient in handling metal parts and familiar with electronic components.
3. Comply with company rules and regulations, obey management, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
